Description

As a member of the Education Centre Team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the Education Centre maintains a high standard of housekeeping.


Additionally, you will be responsible for efficiently processing room bookings and managing the Education Centre mailbox daily, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.


You will play a crucial role in supporting the Education Centre and Event Managers in organising a diverse range of events, including both virtual and face-to-face gatherings.

Collaborating closely with the Events Manager, you will handle various administrative tasks for these courses and events.


To excel in this role, you should possess strong organisational, customer service and hospitality skills, enabling you to manage your workload effectively.

You will also be required to provide trainers and event leads with all necessary information regarding the use of the Centre, assisting them in any way possible.
