16 hours per week, all year round.

Grade C - £8999- £9162

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Caretaker to join our friendly School.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and resourceful person with good basic DIY skills for the effective operation of site services such as cleaning, porterage, minor repairs and maintenance.

Good initiative, organisational skills and a sense of humour are essential.

A degree of flexibility in hours worked will be required to enable both the school sites to be covered from 7.30am - 6.00pm daily by the Site Manager and Caretakers.

Some letting work will also be required - 3 evenings per week

Churchill Park Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

All employees are required to have an enhanced DBS check.

This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.
