Fixed Term - 12 months - Maternity Cover - 35 Hours

Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

This role is for anyone who is keen to learn, enjoys improving working practices and curious about change.

As Organisational Change Senior Officer, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues across Mind to deliver change projects for performance and wellbeingat Mind.

These projects aim to transform our ways of working through our values as well as develop processes for our continuous improvement.

You'll also be responsible for creating opportunities and organising events to promote employee voice, advocate positive workplacewellbeing and support our staff networks, including our diversity networks and staff forum.
