We have big goals over the next few years.

Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

As project lead, you will support a big ambition for Mind - realising the dream of a federated approach to our commercial workplace wellbeing offer.

Currently, a range of services are offered by national Mind and many of the 110 local Minds rooted in communities across England and Walesbut how can we work together, using our collective expertise, to position ourselves as market leaders and raise vitalunrestricted income?

You will be responsible for driving forward this conversation, working alongside a project group of local and national Mind members, on a two-phase approach.

You will have experience of leading complex, high profile change, coupled with a sound understanding of commercial product training delivery.

We're looking for a people person who builds trust and rapport quickly and is used to working with multiple stakeholders.

We want new ideas and for nothing to be left in the 'too difficult' box.
