Job Description:

The Implementation and Product Specialist sits within the Operations Team, reporting to the Project Manager.


The goals of the Implementation and Product Specialist will be responsible for implementing software solutions for our clients, ensuring that their systems are running efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for working closely with clients to gather requirements, plan the implementation process, and ensure a successful implementation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to clients.


The role plays a critical part in the success of the PS Delivery Team as well as the Maintenance Team.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities include:
Work with clients to gather requirements for software implementation.

Become a trusted advisor and advocate for your key customer stakeholders.

Develop implementation plans and timelines for software deployment with the Project Team

Configure software to meet client specifications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting during software implementation.

Develop training materials and provide training to clients.

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to clients.

Work with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues.

Collaborate with varies internal stakeholders including Sales, Project Management and Development to enhance the customer experience and products.

Document software implementation processes and procedures

Stay up to date with new software releases and updates.

Flexibility and the ability to travel.

Ensure seamless end to end transition from pre
- to post-sales, setting our customers up for success.

Competencies, Skills and Behaviours

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Strong technical skills and understanding of software implementation processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understand deadlines and deliverables.

Consistently professional, confident, and calm even in challenging situations.

Demonstrate a customer focused approach; and an expectation of others to do likewise.

The ability to influence others and build relationships.

Supportive and helpful team player with a flexible and positive attitude.

Articulate, professional clear communication skills with a good telephone manner.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Intermediate knowledge of JIRA, Remedy, Salesforce or similar IT service management tools.

Excellent knowledge of SQL and database management


Job Details and Benefits:
There is a 6-month probation period where training will be provided, and clear goals and targets will be outlined. This is a full-time role: 37.5 hours week.
