Corps Security is currently recruiting for a SIA Licenced Security Officer to be based at one of our prestigious client's premises.

Job purpose:

Supporting the Finance Department and the Management Team by completing routine administrative and accounting tasks.

Role requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Intermediate level PC Skills ( MS Office)
5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards BS785 AAT studier
Experience in working in a finance operation

Duties include:

Preparing financial documents such as invoices
Assisting with Month End process
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Assisting with management of the company's Fleet policy
Handling accruals and prepayments
Gaining approval for Subcontractors' invoices and ensure they coincide with Purchase Orders
Issuing POs
Cash Book posting
Adhoc duties as and when required
