    SEMH Teaching Assistant

    A primary school in Enfield are looking for an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their school for the summer term to support within their KS2 nurture class.

    The Role

    In this role you will be providing support within a nurture class of 6 – 8 Key stage 2 pupils with identified Social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

    The school have created this specialist provision to allow the pupils to learn in a more creative and play-based learning environment.

    Pupils will have the chance to develop their confidence, independence, good behaviour and a positive attitude towards school.

    The school are looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant with experience who is able to de-escalate situations and support pupils to build confidence and resilience to return to mainstream classrooms.

    This role is offered on a long-term contract basis starting ASAP and will continue in September
