Description

Reporting into the Region IT Manager, I am looking for a MS Dynamics to come into a role which will play a key part in the function and performance of the company ERP system over the coming years.


Responsibilities:


  • Learning and understanding the "asis" environment in order to provide functional expertise and knowledge of existing business practises.
  • Enduser training and support for daytoday issues, problems, and questions
  • Working with end users, project managers, and management to improve and upgrade the system.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues
  • Proposing tangible solutions to avoid repeatable errors
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for assigned systems and processes.
  • Creating user accounts, deleting accounts, creating/changing permissions by account; user profiles, page layouts, security in Dynamics 36
  • Troubleshooting functional aspects of D365 based on enduser tickets
  • Updating and maintaining standard Dynamics 365 Training material
  • Providing detailed documentation on issues that must be escalated to our Microsoft Support Partner.
  • Ensuring the Change Request process is followed as documented in the company IT policies
  • Updating and maintaining regression testing procedures within LCS
  • Assisting with endofyear audit questions
  • Providing support during UAT and regression testing with quarterly Dynamics 365 updates
  • Quickly identifying technical issues versus functional issues as per tickets submitted by end users
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of Power BI reports
  • Completing special projects and providing project support as directed by senior management
Evidently, MS Dynamics knowledge is sought her and any functional Power BI experience would be welcomed. As you will be interfacing with many different stakeholders, strong communication skills are also key.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
