Sales & Account Manager - warm leads

£25,000 - £36,000 plus bonus DoE

Global CTS is working with a superb manufacturing business who require an enthusiastic person for this exciting role dealing with engineering and manufacturing clients.

You will have a background in either engineering or a technical slant as you will be talking to customers about the products and advising them on their suitability.

We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer experience, the role entails providing technical information of products to customers so a keen interest in engineering is essential.

Joining a team of six you will receive full training andin-depth training on these unique products, you will need an inquisitive mind and be able to demonstrate an interest on how things work and are put together.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Maintain and develop regional customers as part of a team, providing a high level of service at all times
Demonstrate products to the customer, so you must be able to show an interest in learning how these are made
Deal with queries, orders and quotations from new and existing customers
Maintain internal sales processes by meeting SLA's and customer requirements
Build and enhance relationships between our customers and our company
Professional demeanour and attitude, outgoing and friendly
Organised, focussed, sales driven, excellent telephone manner
