Entry Level Administrator, Wantage area

£21,000 - due to location own transport is essential

This is an entry level role so you maybe working in retail or hospitality and seeking your first office role - you will be trained to learn the following tasks

  • Enter online and trade sales orders onto the system
  • Take orders, process and add to the system
  • Use the online system to book courier and/or pallet deliveries
  • Supply of tracking information to eBay and trade customers
  • Request shipping quotes and liaise with the sales team
  • Report any shipping issues that occur to the line manager
  • Answering telephone queries from customer and suppliers
