Job description
Are you looking for role where you will be responsible for managing your daily activities, based upon priorities and your tasks.
Our dynamic Property Team are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to help them in supporting the Council's 5-year plan.
You will support the Property Team in providing services and processes that support the core business of Reigate & Banstead's property portfolio, which includes the Town Hall site, Maintenance Depots, Community Centres, Leisure & Recreational Premises and Public Conveniences.
You will be responsible for undertaking daily courier duties and facilitating management of the portfolio by assisting members of the Team with a number of site based duties, including providing access for consultants/contractors, obtaining photographic evidence/information, obtaining meter readings, along with general keyholding duties.
You will also be required to manage the authorities archive store, undertaking filing / collection as required and shredding of confidential waste.
About the Person:
- You will be experienced in ensuring a high level of customer service

- You will have experience of working under your own initiative

- You may have knowledge of construction, building principles /practices and contract administration

- You will have general understanding of Health and Safety

- You will have knowledge of a Facilities Management function

- You must have working knowledge of computerbased software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
