Our dynamic Property Team are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic individual to help them in supporting the Council's 5-year plan.

You will support the Property Team in providing services and processes that support the core business of Reigate & Banstead's property portfolio, which includes the Town Hall site, Maintenance Depots, Community Centres, Leisure & Recreational Premises and Public Conveniences.


You will be responsible for undertaking daily courier duties and facilitating management of the portfolio by assisting members of the Team with a number of site based duties, including providing access for consultants/contractors, obtaining photographic evidence/information, obtaining meter readings, along with general keyholding duties.

In addition, you will assist in providing facilities support during elections and mayoral events.

You will also be required to manage the authorities archive store, undertaking filing / collection as required and shredding of confidential waste.

  • You will be experienced in ensuring a high level of customer service

  • You may have knowledge of construction, building principles /practices and contract administration

  • You will have knowledge of a Facilities Management function
