Solent Mind is a mental health charity providing a range of high quality services to improve people's mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.

Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies.

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Salary:
£24,341 to £26,216 per annum

Location:
Eastleigh (with potential hybrid working)

As our Recruitment Co-Ordinator your responsibilities will include:

Working with the Step 2 Management team in co-ordinating recruitment for all Step 2 italk posts.
To coordinate recruitment activities for all roles within the Step 2 team within italk.
To ensure that recruitment activities are conducted in line with University schedules for Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner posts.
Coordination of student interns and MSci student placements.
Contribution to and coordination of induction plans for new starters in collaboration with Southern Health.
