Sales Administrator Role


We are looking for a flexible, professional and organised person to join our team providing administrative support to our Sales Manager.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail is a must.


The role will involve dealing with prospective buyers and sellers looking to book valuations and viewings using our in-house sales system (full training will be given), following up viewings, progressing sales and liaising with other agents and solicitors, invoicing, booking photography appointments, ordering sales boards and arranging energy performance certificates.

Covering viewings as and when required. The role is customer service focussed. We are a small team and an independent company and committed to providing excellent customer service. This opportunity has arisen due to company growth.

A full and clean driving licence is essential.

Good standard of education.

Previous estate agency experience would be useful but not essential.


Salary:
negotiable.
