We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our team.

As a Clinical Negligence case handler, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of clinical negligence claims, providing legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to completion
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
  • Interview clients and gather relevant information
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate case files
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations

Skills:


  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex medical records and evidence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
  • Proficient in data entry and case management software systems
  • Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
  • Phone etiquette to handle client inquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical negligence law
  • Proven track record of successfully handling clinical negligence cases
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
