This is an extremely important role within our client's business and within the Finance Team in Nottingham.

Our client can offer an immediate start, temporary to permanent opportunity and up to 5 days working from home (after the initial training).


Description

Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities:


  • Raise order invoices
  • Checking sales daily
  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Assisting with sales ledger
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • General administrative duties
  • Any other roles as required / requested

Profile

The successful Finance Administrator:


  • Have prior Finance Administrator / Finance Assistant experience (desirable)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office software
  • Have good communication skills
  • Experience in accounting software (desirable)
  • Be a team player
  • General understanding of finance processes (desirable)
  • Be immediately available

Job Offer

Our client can offer the successful Finance Administrator:

  • Salary up to £22,000 (DOE)
  • Opportunity for a temporary to permanent position
  • Up to 5 days working from home
