  • Work alongside the Senior Finance Systems Administrator to establish support desk KPI's and subsequent reporting.

Business Partnering:

  • Cultivate business relationships with colleagues, suppliers and system users to elevate user experience, providing guidance and advice.
  • Actively participate in supplier groups, leveraging insights to inform system enhancements.

Training/facilitation:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience with system testing upgrades, and implementation of process enhancements.
  • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with colleagues to drive system and process improvements.
  • Advanced excel skills and knowledge of BI reporting including ETL's, SQL and Data Warehouse would also be advantageous, but this is not essential.
