£32,332 - £37,099 p.a. pro rata
_(please note starting salary will be £32,332 p.a. pro rata)_**We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Administrator to join our growing team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for key areas of administration aimed at providing robust quality processes for LSTM programmes.


Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):


  • Quality assurance and enhancement:Good knowledge of academic quality assurance practice in the UK; Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in promoting quality achievement and performance improvement and manage workflows across the Team; Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.

General Administration:Act as minute secretary to Quality Management Committee, and other committees and working groups as required; As part of the wider Registry team manage shared inboxes and take responsibility for responding to queries relating to quality assurance and standards; Use the Student Information System (SIS) to create reports and manage processes.

Deputise for the Quality Assurance Manager:Instruct staff, manage workflow, resolve complex situations and attending meetings as required.

General Leadership:As part of the wider Registry team and Faculty of Education, lead on specific tasks, guiding colleagues in processes and procedures relating to quality assurance and standards.

Experience of administration in a higher education environment

  • Be able to demonstrate evidence of understanding of the importance of education quality management systems
  • Have experience of establishing, reviewing and monitoring administrative systems in an office environment
  • Be able to set up and maintain efficient systems for recordkeeping and managing workflow for qualityrelated systems and processes
