Irlam Associates currently have a requirement for Vetting Administrator to join their Manchester based team. They will support Vetting Coordinator and Recruiter various roles within the Aviation sectors.

The successful applicants will a manage a shared inbox, triage calls, documentation retention periods and other vital responsibilities at Irlam Associates.

These roles would ideally suit an individual who thrives under pressure, works confidently to tight deadlines, and understands the importance of compliance documentation.

Need to have great organisation skill to log and file completed paperwork.
Need to have knowledge of the retention period set by company.
Able to thrives under pressure, works confidently to tight deadlines, and understands the importance of compliance documentation.
Support Team on areas to improve (under guidance of Vetting Manager)

- keep up to date with new vetting processes and procedures.

Organise and manage own workload, proactively highlighting any issues/escalations to the Vetting Manager.
Keep up to date with system/technical developments impacting on the vetting team
Keep up to date on current GDPR processes and requirements
May be required to travel to other Airports

May also be requested to carry out any other duty which is deemed reasonable.

Previous experience is essential preferably in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly competent with Microsoft Office systems
Experience in previous airport clearance process management is desirable but not essential
