- Implement maintenance strategies across all sites
- Establish and enforce Health and Safety policies
- Contribute to ESOS compliance projects
- Explore and support green initiatives
- Ensure cost efficiency in maintenance
- Cultivate relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Conduct national property risk assessments
- Manage repair works promptly
- Develop a strategic plan for facilities management
- Create security policies for compliance and awareness
- Lead investigations into Health and Safety incidents
- Advise on building/maintenance/security improvements
- Foster relationships with Operations Managers
- Excellent communication and engagement abilities
- Proven expertise in facilities management
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Experience in managing multiple sites
- NEBOSH or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment laws
- Ability to travel to different locations regularly
