- Oversee the organisation's property agreements, ensuring strict adherence from both the organisation and property owners as agreed.
- Coordinate with property owners and their selected Facilities Management providers to ensure delivery of building and facility services as per the service charge contracts.
- Supervise all externally contracted Facilities Management services, including utilities, janitorial services, and waste management.
- Manage a team of three directly.
- Collaborate with the Reception Services Manager to identify maintenance or service issues and ensure timely and effective resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Handle office relocations, expansions, and renovations.
- Manage the acquisition and arrangement of office furnishings and equipment.
- Accountable for all Health & Safety aspects, including compliance, training, and awareness.
- Oversee security measures such as fire prevention, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
- Manage postal and reprographic services.
- Develop and oversee a centralised travel reservation service.
- Lead all Facilities Management aspects of Business Continuity planning.
- Foster productive relationships with external partners.
- Build internal relationships based on trust and leverage your expertise to influence others.
- IWFM Level 4 or equivalent credential required.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Facilities Management.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in conveying information effectively both orally and in writing.
