- The Workplace Solutions Team oversees building and facilities management, premises security, property and equipment maintenance, post services, archiving, health and safety, and office moves.
- Work closely with the Head of Workplace Solutions to manage all UK sites efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused services to offices, emphasizing strong relationships with local teams.
- Key role in transitioning to a hybrid working model.
- Lead a team of Facilities Officers and collaborate with the London Property & Facilities Manager to establish best practices.
- Dedicated FM professional, ideally a BIFM member or equivalent.
- Management experience in building and maintenance sectors.
- Proven track record in integrated facilities services delivery, performance management, and HSE compliance.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, workplace regulations, risk assessment, safety management.
