A well-regarded and highly successful property firm, with a large portfolio of managed commercial properties across the UK is looking to expand the facilities and property management team with a Facilities and Management co-ordinator.
The firm is looking for a highly organised individual with a background in property (residential or commercial), ideally involving tenant liaison, facilities, or property management, and who is looking to move their career forward within commercial property.
The successful
Facilities and Management co-ordinator will play a key role within the facilities department, working alongside the property management team, to ensure the smooth running of the property management and facilities function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging, Instructing & Managing small works and maintenance.
- Managing service contracts and assisting in renegotiation / tender of new agreements.
- Ensuring H&S compliance and arranging completion of key tasks.
- Managing compliance arising from ingoing and vacating tenancies.
- In liaison with the Property Manager, you will contribute to the production and regular review of service charge budgets.
- Auditing and managing utility supply and recharge arrangements.
- Liaison with tenants with regards to performance, enquires and administration.
- Ensuring regular communication between contractors, clients and tenants.
This role can offer the individual a path into a successful commercial property career, building on experience already gained within the property and facilities sector.
In return, my client can offer a basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE, plus benefits.
