We're on the lookout for a People Partner to join our team
We are avid supporters of agile working, allowing you to work flexibly between our Dartford office and your home. As a People Team, we work collaboratively in the office every Wednesday.

This has always been fundamental to people's life chances, but the current crisis has really brought that home.You'll be joining Moat at a really exciting time as we are about to launch our new corporate strategy You will work alongside two other People Partners and report into the Head of People.
As a People Partner you will:
- Work collaboratively with your business areas to provide managers with support and guidance on people matters
- Utilise people metrics and data analytics to provide guidance and coaching as required
- Lead on key people projects to support the delivery of the people and corporate strategies, plans and practices
- Lead on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and change management
- Work collaboratively with the Organisational Development Manager to identify people related training opportunities
- Support with succession planning for your business areas
- Conduct exit interviews and external benchmarking, ensuring Moat remain as a competitive employer
- Update, review and create people policies, procedures and practices
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Has high attention to detail
- Is solution focused
- Has demonstrable experience of stakeholder management
- Has knowledge of employment legislation, supported by at least 3 years proven practical experience of managing a complex employee relations caseload including change management
- Has an awareness of the processes involved in Employment Tribunals
- Has experience designing and facilitating people related training
