Permanent

WORKING PATTERN:
Term time only, plus one week

SALARY:
Grade 3 Spinal 4-6 (£21,189-£21,968) pro rata
Do you have experience of providing a high quality, efficient administration/student services support?

We are looking for someone with commitment to high quality customer service to be the main point of contact for all pupils requiring assistance from Student Services, who can efficiently and effectively deal with pastoral enquires.

You should:

Demonstrate excellent customer service
Be good at prioritising
Be able to work as part of a team
Be able to establish relationships with pupils
Have good interpersonal skills including listening skills
Be selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
