We are recruiting a confident, professional Business Development Executive to work for a well-established company near Pershore.


Main duties are to include:

  • Develop market strategies by researching high potential prospects and visit potential and existing clients in person across the UK 90% based in the Worcestershire/West Midlands area
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage enquiries with our sales administrator ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered via consultative selling and that set processes are adhered to.
  • Give accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective customers relating to capacity, capabilities, and solutions the company can offer.
  • Manage the entire Sales function, from receipt of enquiry through to quoting within our CRM system to production handover.
  • Conduct fieldbased activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours, when required, to organise and attend networking events.
  • Develop clear monthly forecasts from new and existing business and communicate with the team.
  • Contribute to the marketing aspect of our business.

This role would suit:

  • Have the ability work on their own initiative and have selfmotivation
  • Strong, confident, and charismatic telephone manner.
  • Project management skills essential
  • Strong confident, organisation skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Have a full clean driving licence.
  • Experience in Sheet Metal advantageous but training on the products will be given
  • You must also have access to your own vehicle as no company are is provided (Mileage is paid)
In return, the company are offering

  • Permanent contract
  • Salary of £35,000 (No commission paid)
  • Hybrid working (3 day in the office, 2 days at home/client visits)
  • Immediate start for the right person
