Description

We are recruiting a confident, professional Business Development Executive to work for a well-established company near Pershore.

Main duties are to include:

Develop market strategies by researching high potential prospects and visit potential and existing clients in person across the UK 90% based in the Worcestershire/West Midlands area
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Manage enquiries with our sales administrator ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered via consultative selling and that set processes are adhered to.
Give accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective customers relating to capacity, capabilities, and solutions the company can offer.
Manage the entire Sales function, from receipt of enquiry through to quoting within our CRM system to production handover.
Conduct fieldbased activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours, when required, to organise and attend networking events.
Develop clear monthly forecasts from new and existing business and communicate with the team.
Contribute to the marketing aspect of our business.

This role would suit:

Have the ability work on their own initiative and have selfmotivation
Strong, confident, and charismatic telephone manner.
Project management skills essential
Strong confident, organisation skills.
Strategic and analytical thinker
Have a full clean driving licence.
Experience in Sheet Metal advantageous but training on the products will be given
You must also have access to your own vehicle as no company are is provided (Mileage is paid)
