About the Role:


As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you'll be a key member of our in-house marketing team and work alongside an external agency to maximise our lead generation through all paid and organic channels.

You should primarily have in-depth knowledge and proven track record of all PPC, paid social media, SEO, programmatic and all other paid digital channels to strategise, innovate and implement effective multi-channel campaigns in line with our business goals.

You should also have experience managing large campaign budgets across channels, and within platforms and experience managing teams and agencies.

You'll be very analytical, focused on ROI and constantly working on improvements to leads generation in relation to cost per acquisition, platforms used, campaigns run in order to achieve maximised efficiencies.

You'll be equipped with the skillset to make strategic recommendations on how to prioritise projects in relation to their tangible deliverables and you'll be capable of running high-level and detailed forecasts.


Responsibilities:


  • Support in delivering a multichannel digital acquisition strategy
  • Manage the full delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns, from creation and briefing through to delivery
  • Be able to innovate on current performance and digital campaigns
  • Understand how to target our audience demographics, with a logical approach across different channels
  • Manage the marketing spend throughout the month
  • Understand reporting metrics to analyse the performance and make recommendations on optimisation of our acquisition channels and the effectiveness of their campaigns
  • Deliver against KPIs to meet annual forecast and goals and be able to report these back to your Marketing Director
  • Recommend and propose new ways to expand our digital presence
  • Contribute to the company's ongoing digital marketing strategy and tactical plans
  • Grow Joblogic's brand presence and awareness in the targeted markets
  • Conducting research necessary to support marketing goals
  • Coordinating digital and promotional campaigns in line with the marketing plans
  • Liaise with designers, agencies and other departments
  • Other adhoc duties that will keep your role exciting and enjoyable

Essential Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital acquisition role with a strong focus on paid and SEO
  • Agency background is preferable
  • Experience with all paid channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Advertising, Display and YouTube
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics, LookerStudio and other marketing tools advantage
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • High levels of organisation and multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to selfmanage daytoday tasks and also work as a part of the team, working towards set deadlines
  • Willing to research and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and selfdevelop, often in your free time
  • Selfdisciplined and have good time management skills with the ability to manage a number of priorities.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce

Nice to have:


  • Experience in ad copy writing
  • Trained proofreader
  • Paid media relations experience advantage
  • Previous experience in either SaaS, tech or the field service management industry
  • Experience with other paid channels, such as review sites or forums

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
