**Working for an international organisation whose company history goes back to 1935. This company are dynamic, ambitious and fast growing and are certified as one of Britain's Top Employers. This well established head office are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator with a strong background in administration relating to auditing/ compliance from a highly regulated industry sector. Salary paying up to £25000 on a 12 month fixed term contract.


About The Role:


  • To provide administrative support, guidance and coordination to the Compliance Department
  • Ensure all activities are carried out with adherence to both approved Standard Operating Procedures ,the ABPI Code of Practice and other relevant internal and external regulations
  • Contracts facilitating and providing advice to staff with the contract process from start to finish


  • Non-Disclosure Agreements

  • Issuing and logging


  • Overseas Contract Agreements

  • Support affiliates with drafting, uploading onto the approval system (Zinc) and ensuring that the payment is made
  • Undertake expenses audits of the Field Force
  • Updating the SOP Matrix
  • Support the running of the Procedural Document Governance Group responsible for keeping the Document Master Plan up to date/scheduling meetings/action points and dealing with all the new SOP requests
  • SAP Administration for Compliance team
  • Assist the Compliance Department in the best use of available resources and processes to meet industry deadlines
  • General administration for the team including; booking travel for the team and facilitating correspondence with external law firm.
  • Maintain understanding of the company environment, compliance requirements and policies and procedures relevant to activities undertaken.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ideally some audit or compliance experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and a good working understanding of Excel
  • A good team player
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to undertake and assist in Compliance audits

About The Benefits

  • Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.30am5.00pm, Friday 8.30am
