Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual".

They have both evolved and developed over the last couple of years and show no signs of slowing down.

They are now seeking a Senior Associate within their Brokerage Operations division who with training become a Subject Matter Expert and key contact across the operations areas.

This will include being responsible for:

Focussing on the support of Stock Plan Services, reviewing the processes and ensuring the area is performing with accuracy and efficiency.
Completing daily controls via reports and other checks in accordance with procedures
Ensuring that all team procedures are up to date, reviewed and tested
Taking ownership of the investigation and resolution of issues, including effective communication with relevant areas involved
Ensuring effective incident escalation when necessary
Documenting and maintaining all operational processes and conducting regular process reviews
Ensuing the right processes and practises are implemented across all SPS operational teams.
Working with customer facing teams to support them deliver excellent customer service to our stock plan clients

Possessing prior brokerage operations experience that ideally including a working knowledge of the various asset classes (eg. Equity/Fixed Income/ETF/Investment Trusts), you will be someone who is a self-starter with a dynamic "can do" attitude, coupledwith a strong attention to detail and be an effective communicator at all levels including stakeholder and customer management
