Our client is a growing, multi-sited organisation with a Head Office on the outskirts
of Bicester. They have a new permanent requirement within their Finance team for
a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing accounts payable ledger (including setting up new suppliers,
maintaining accurate supplier details).

  • Processing high volume of Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs.
  • Supplier payment allocations.
  • Setting ad hoc payments on online banking.
  • Dealing with supplier and internal queries.
  • Coding bank transactions.
  • Updating Bank and Card trackers.
  • Processing company credit cards.
  • Assisting with month end process
should excellent attention to detail, possess good communication skills, be able to
work to deadlines and have good systems skills, in particular Excel.

On offer is a salary of 22-25k (depending on experience), plus benefits, study
support and a mix of home/office hybrid working.
