Our client is a growing, multi-sited organisation with a Head Office on the outskirtsof Bicester. They have a new permanent requirement within their Finance team for
a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing accounts payable ledger (including setting up new suppliers,
- Processing high volume of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Preparation of supplier payment runs.
- Supplier payment allocations.
- Setting ad hoc payments on online banking.
- Dealing with supplier and internal queries.
- Coding bank transactions.
- Updating Bank and Card trackers.
- Processing company credit cards.
- Assisting with month end process
work to deadlines and have good systems skills, in particular Excel.
On offer is a salary of 22-25k (depending on experience), plus benefits, study
support and a mix of home/office hybrid working.
