Client Details
Our client, based in Heywood, is a logistics business that is expanding and going through a period of growth. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support their customers.


Description

Duties of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Assist with Onboarding new clients and act as a consultant to helpful user settings,
  • Monitoring Client account Health on our WMS software
  • Handling daily system errors, raising tickets with relevant support departments
  • Uploading Stock and order spreadsheets to WMS Software
  • Providing relevant Software templates to Clients
  • Improve Knowledge Base on useful tips for clients
  • Regular client updates on carrier updates, and updating internal software to reflect
  • Carrier management tasks, such as raising claims
  • Arranging courier credits
  • Liaising with customer service team on carrier claim processes and contacts
  • Updating clients on Carrier delays, holidays and relevant info
  • Escalating issues to carrier account managers
  • Updating rates on Software

Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tenacity, to follow through with investigations from start to finish
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, word and webbased systems
  • Comfortable learning how to use different software
  • Strong willingness to be helpful to Clients and eagerness to problem solve
  • Selfmotivated

Job Offer
The salary on offer is £24k - £27k

Office based role with some flexibility
