    Category Manager FMCG – Drinks
    6 months FTC
    Hybrid - 2 days a week in Stockley Park, Hayes, Uxbridge
    Up to £60k (depending on experience) per annum plus car allowance & bonus pro rata.

    A global drinks brand with an amazing culture and fabulous range of brands is looking for a Category Manager who can bring their analytical skills to identify opportunities and risks for their customers and business plus utilise the category vision to be the champion of the shopper and influence change.

    Identifying category growth opportunities and threats for their customers and brands
    Building strategic external relationships with key wholesale customers
    Creating solid, credible internal relationships with commercial and brand colleagues
    Using a range of qual and quant data to deliver rounding insight and recommendations.
    Tailoring the category strategy with their customers to engage and deliver long-term scalable competitive advantage and growth.
    Implement and deliver strategic, category-focused projects, e.g. deep dives into promotions, underperforming segments, range, and space optimisation.
    Support business planning by defining core ranges, SKU optimisation, and review and course correction of NPD and core.
    Customers, Brand team, Sales Colleagues and Field Sales teams

    Category Leadership experience ( 2+ years ) gained in the FMCG sector
    The ability to turn macro, category, shopper and consumer data into actionable insight
    Abllity to learn and extract actionable insight from a number of data sources e.g Nielson,iRi, Kantar, Mintel, Aimia, Dunnhumby, Sales out
    Leadership of projects across multiple teams
    Up to £60k, depending on experience.
    ~£6k Car Allowance – pro rata
    ~12 % Bonus pro rata
    ~26 days holiday, plus bank hols.
    ~ Hybrid working model – 2 days in the Stockley Park office and 3 days at home or out with customers
    ~ Aviva Pension scheme
    ~ First stage – 1hr interview conducted by hiring manager and a colleague via Microsoft Teams
