£20,000 per annum

Hours of Work:
Thursday 11:00-16:00, Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 17:00.

Description:
We are seeking a Caretaker to work within prestigious luxury apartments in the WC2 area. A background of experience in a similar field, for example, hotels or residential developments is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect rubbish from outside flats
Litter Picking
Dust foyer, clean foyer glazing and vacuum
Sweep and wash main entrance
Clean lift inside and out
Dust and polish floors, stairs and banisters
Cut grass and weed hard standings / collect leaves / grit pathways in winter
Liaise with contractors, utility providers and other professional visitors to the building and keep the managing agent informed on a daily basis
Report all incidents of works going on inside flats, tenants moving in or out and any other issues to the managing agent immediately
