If you're an experieiced Payroll Administrator and you're reading this, we're going to make a few assumptions.

You're good at what you do, but feel you can offer more, you need an environment where you can spread your wings and somewhere your skills andknowledge are appreciated.


We're looking to hire a dedicated, astute, proactive Payroll Administrator who also has rather impressive HR Administration experieince and is able demonstrate clear business acumen, holding their own within a small but highly respected HR department withinone of Kettering's most highly regarded company's.


For this role the salary offered is between £23,000 and £25,000 and your working hours will be 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.


Role responsibilities

  • You'll be the goto person for all HR related reporting including but not exhaustive to sickness, Health & Safety Metrics and Headcount
  • You'll be the first port of call ensuring all HR related matters are compliant legally and in line with company policies and procedures
  • Payroll will be your focus for at least one week out of four calculating and processing all employee's salaries, some earning commission or bonuses
  • Proactively support the HR Coordinator and deliver day to day HR related functions including but not exhaustive to starters/leavers documents, probation reviews, answering HR related queries from colleagues and line managers, payroll queries and the investigationof payroll discrepancies

What we require from you

  • You'll have remarkable attention to detail especially when processing the payroll
  • Be able to show assertiveness either in the investigation of discrepancies or queries and offer a 'new eye' to ensure templates and all correspondence is proofed and/or improved
  • Have the ability to deal with the demands on your time calmly and work independently and effectively without supervision from time to time.
