Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks in communal areas of blocks of flats.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Empty trash and replace garbage bags
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Skills:


  • Able to work alone unsupervised
  • Must have a clean driving license
  • Vehicle will be provides upon successfully completing training period
  • Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and tasks as needed

Work Location:
various sites in East London within a five mile radius


Salary:
£22,324.00-£24,315.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
