You'll have a degree, degree or diploma in Planning, Building Conservation, Architecture, Urban Design or similar professional discipline, previous experience in the promotion and delivery of a high quality heritage and conservation service, and a good knowledge and understanding of Planning and Listed Building legislation and procedures along with current historic building conservation techniques and philosophies.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records.

This will include a Basic DBS check.
