£40,000 -£45,000***Restore are recruiting for a Site Operations leader to be accountable for leading the operational management team across the Restore Digital site.
- As Site Operations Leader, you will ensure that operational capability is delivered in line with contractual requirements and to high standards of safety, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency, through the sharing of best practice, and high performingand engaged teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that an effective Health and Safety culture of awareness is in place across all sites in the business, and work in collaboration with the HSE Advisor to continually seek improvements
- Provide leadership and management to the operational management team across the site, driving consistency in delivery, meeting SHEQ standards, and maximising efficiencies
- Ensure that contracts and projects are delivered commercially to agreed quality and financial targets, and sites achieve their budgets and maximise financial return
- Create high performing and engaged teams, where people clearly understand their responsibilities and accountabilities and deliver on these
- Measure customer service and satisfaction and strive to consistently exceed expectations
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement by working with teams across the business
- Ensure that effective operational processes and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Maximise the utilisation of assets and implement appropriate capital investment projects
- Plan and manage service capacity effectively within the business, ensuring that available capacity supports contractual and new business demand
- Ensure key multisite and/or complex customer contracts are effectively project managed and delivered
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures contained in the Information Security, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality Management Systems, and ensure that the operational management team is aware
- Understand the key principles and requirements of ISO 27001 and GDPR and be able to effectively demonstrate compliance with all applicable information security requirements
- Have specific P&L responsibility for the relevant site

Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence andthe Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
