Omni is working with a company who are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communicationchannels.Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Meet performance metrics and customer service standards
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation
- Ensure that customer information is accurate and uptodate in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
