Omni is working with a company who are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communicationchannels.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Meet performance metrics and customer service standards
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation
  • Ensure that customer information is accurate and uptodate in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
