As the Solution Implementation Analyst, you will support all customer set ups, ensuring they are completed to the standards specified by both new and existing customers.


You will be a key member of the Implementation Team and will work effectively with other Transition and Service Management Departments to deliver results within agreed timelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce efficient code based on technical specifications
  • Test, deploy and troubleshoot final solution setups
  • Ensure database updates/rollouts (MS SQL) are all completed in a timely manner and at a high standard
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all client team members, ensuring all project needs are captured, and that specified deadlines are met
  • Provide end clients with regular feedback and project progress reports

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong IT skills
  • Eager to develop yourself full training will be provided
  • Proven track record of writing code in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C
  • Hands on exposure of using configuration tools
  • Experience with SQL queries (MS SQL)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected change
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate their own activities
  • A driven individual, who is a good team player but is someone who can also work well on their own initiative
