    Customer Service Representative
    Permanent - £23,088 per annum
    Full-time (37 hours)

    Tate continue to work in partnership with the Phoenix Group, to identify individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Norwich.

    As you begin your journey as a Customer Service Representative, you can expect a strong induction into the Phoenix Group with a classroom-based training period to give you a good understanding of our Life and Pensions products and how to navigate our systems.

    As a Customer Service Representative in the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for:

    Responding to queries from our life and pensions customers and financial advisors, relating to their life and pension products.

    This could be via the telephone and via email.
    Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations.
