Repairs Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Merseyside based housing association who are looking to appoint a Repairs Surveyor on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role offers a salary of £34,292 per annum plus mileage.

Repairs Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Role:

To will assist in the delivery of a highly professional service focusing on delivering all elements of surveying which will include D2D, HHSRS, Stock Condition, Forward Planning Surveys and customer consultation
To work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across the business, in partnership with other Asset Management colleagues to deliver a seamless service to customers, clients and offer value for money
To closely monitoring of contractor performance, including updating internal systems as required to ensure that accurate records are always maintained
To be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, taking necessary action to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimising formal complaints

Repairs Surveyor - Housing Association - What You Need:

Level 4 qualification in Construction or equivalent building experience
Must hold full current driving license
Demonstrate an excellent level of knowledge of supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance, investment and refurbishment schemes gained through extensive and relevant experience within the construction industry
Minimum of 2years working in a role carrying out various types of asset management related surveying
