Position:
Customer Service Representative


Core Duties & Responsibilities

:


  • Deal with customer complaints or complaints about the computer system.
  • Enter customer data into computer system.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the sales staff.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

:


  • Strong phone skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment where deadlines are required.
    Handson approach to work with limited supervision.

  • Ability to act in an independent manner and carry out assignments without direct supervision.
    Flexible to change.

Salary

:

£21,173.00-£23,620.00 per year
