Do you have a passion for Reward? We have a new role to support some exciting reward projects and annual reward processes.

You will assist in the delivery of a new salary review process, a job and pay framework as well as supporting key annual reward processes including salary and bonus review, budgeting and market research including survey completion.

You will also support groupbenefit and recognition projects.


Key activities:


  • Assist with annual reward processes, adhoc projects and be involved in the design of pay, benefits, recognition, and incentives.
  • Provide analytical support for reward data, through the collation, calculation and analysis of internal and external reward data as well as report delivery for key stakeholders.
  • Support researching, reviewing and administration of group reward programmes including job and pay framework.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for reward projects to ensure successful project delivery including the preparation of project progress updates and other reports to various audiences.
  • Conduct research for internal and external reward insights and analysis, model and present findings as required e.g salary review budgeting
  • Monitor internal pay equity and prepare analytics to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Support the capture of reward processes and documentation while being aware of GDPR and other data protection laws to ensure compliance.
  • Create, maintain and update relevant reward policies, procedures and forms as required.

Requirements:


  • Understanding of reward practices including job benchmarking, determining market rates, evaluation and global grading frameworks through previous work experience.
  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data, conduct reward modelling to enable accurate reporting and inform decision making.
  • Reward data reporting and analytical experience and the ability to manipulate and present reward data for various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail and confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience of project management tools and project delivery.
  • Enthusiastic about reward initiatives and what they can deliver.
  • Mindset of innovation and improvement of processes.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to clearly communicate and tell the story, with high attention to detail.
  • Will ideally be CIPD qualified and work experience in a global organisation.
