This is an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager to join our team.

As Treasury Manager, you'll play a part in keeping some of the UK's biggest brands on the road, you will be responsible for leading the treasury and cash team ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting and cash forecasting.

This is on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working and when you join us, you're supported in developing your own career too, surrounded by a team of passionate people driven to keep customers moving.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Leadership of the Treasury and Cash team, including setting direction and coaching.
  • Ensure strong governance frameworks, processes, controls are in place.
  • Manage the relationship with our Invoice Discounting provider.
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate reporting of daily cash balances.
  • Oversight of cash allocation process, coaching the AR and AP teams as required.
  • Review of all bank reconciliations prepared by the Cash and Treasury Analysts.
  • Monitoring of all covenants associated with the Invoice Discounting Facility.
  • Maintenance and control of banking mandates.
Skills & Experience

  • Cashflow modelling and forecasting experience.
  • Systems and process change.
  • Working in an evolving business and finance function.
  • Managing, supporting, and developing a small team.
  • Part/fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
