JOB PURPOSE
The Escapade In Room Dining Riders will support the Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and F&B Supervisors. They will be key to ensure guests receive their orders accurately and promptly and with impeccable service.

The role is crucial in providing a seamless and outstanding In-Room Dining experience and creating a seamless journey from start to finish for the guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:

Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries and special requests professionally and with consideration. When required, assist guests with set up of in-room dining orders, including arranging food and place settings. Ensure guests receive the best in room dining experience.
Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the In-Room Dining supervisor and kitchen staff to promptly address inquiries and concerns. Provide a high level of customer service, including a warm, engaging, and professional demeanour when interacting with guests during delivery.
F&B and product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions accurately. Assist in maintaining an organised inventory or inroom dining supplies, reporting any shortages or replenishment needs to the In-Room Dining Supervisor.
Order Delivery: Receive inroom dining orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery to guest rooms. Plan and use the most efficient routes for multiple deliveries, ensuring ontime delivery for all orders. Ensure that the delivery vehicle is kept clean and wellmaintained, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that food safety and sanitisation standards are consistently upheld in the preparation and delivery of inroom dining orders, working closely with the In-Room Dining Supervisor and Restaurant Manager to fulfil this to the best standard.
Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a 4star or 5star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required
A strong, yet positive guest service style
Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
Strong interpersonal skills
A good command of the English language is desirable. Additional languages are advantageous
Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
