We are looking for an outstanding Waiter/Waitress to take control of this outstanding new project at, the newest Lifestyle Hotel in the region.

As this site is rural you must be a driver or have access to a car. There is no public transport nearby.

What We Need

  • Experience in a 4star or 5star hotel is desirable but not required.
  • A strong, yet positive guest service style
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Organized and able to work within the team or on their own
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A good command of the English language. Additional languages are advantageous
  • Has an immaculate level of personal grooming, exudes style and sophistication
  • Full clean UK driving licence

JOB PURPOSE
The Escapade Waiter will be an integral part of our service team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The primary responsibility is to provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied with their stay at Escapade, Silverstone.


Whether taking orders, serving meals, or addressing guest inquiries, your role is crucial in creating a positive and memorable dining atmosphere.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest and dining experience through:

  • Guest Assistance: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, engaging, and open demeanour. Provide menus, answer questions, and make personalised recommendations regarding food and beverage selections. Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Attention to detail: Verify the accuracy of orders before serving to ensure that they meet guests' requirements. Pay close attention to food safety and allergen procedures to meet guest needs. Deliver orders promptly and attentively, striving for high guest satisfaction.
  • Table Maintenance: Set up and prepare dining tables for the service of guests. Continuously monitor tables, clearing used dishes, and resetting them for incoming guests. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Knowledge of Menu and Specials: Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings. Describe menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques to guests.
  • Billing and Payment: Present bills, process payments, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Assist guests with any billing inquiries or special requests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Communicate effectively and engage with colleagues to provide a smooth and efficient dining experience and promote positive culture.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Follow established service, health, and safety procedures. Uphold company policies and standards for quality service.
  • Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone
