We are currently searching for a Producer to join our Brand Marketing team.


Reporting to the Global Brand Director, as Producer you will be responsible for commissioning and producing the best fashion and still life photography and video content in the market, working as a lynchpin across the teams to deliver all content needs.

This includes seasonal campaigns, brand content, social, video, and corporate shoots for our channels. They will also support our Visual Merchandising team on seasonal production needs and support.


We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Planning the seasonal creative and content calendar with the Brand Director, Head of Brand and Head of Visual Merchandising
  • Contributing ideas to our Senior Art Director on trends, culture, and contributors to ensure content is on brand, and market leading
  • Working creatively across the production calendar to ensure efficiency of asset planning and budgets
  • Being resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timings and shifting priorities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with photographers, hair and makeup artists, set designers and photographic/talent/model agents, producers etc to ensure the highest possible level of talent
  • Understanding fully market rates and routinely negotiating the best rates possible with photographers, agents, and agencies
  • Contributing to processes to enhance and increase efficiency and quality of deliverables
  • Overseeing preproduction, production, and postproduction from start to finish
  • Overseeing image checks, crediting, picture quality, repro for online and offline formats
  • Managing detailed records for usages contract, agreements, and contracts for references
  • Using comprehensive knowledge of copyrights legislation on usage rights, and seeking updated rules that govern usages to ensure company practices meets these standards
  • Supporting our Head of Visual Merchandising on the production, workflow and timelines for seasonal window refreshes and Wholesale activations

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working in a role within a fashion or luxury environment preferred
  • Significant casting experience for high end fashion shoots
  • A strong contacts list of photographers, model and talent agents
  • Strategic planning and forecasting experience
  • The ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous organisation and planning skills
  • Successful networking skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise
  • Language skills are a plus
