We are currently searching for experienced Technical Consultant who has worked within ITOM & CMDB in ServiceNow.

Working within a UK leading organisation, you will also be close to the business translating their business and technical requirements with in ServiceNow.

The business is currently going through an exciting transformation towards the cloud, as well as other transformations utilising ServiceNow as the platform to do so.

Meaning that you will be working within ITOM, CMDB and Discovery initially. With the opportunity to grow into other modules within ServiceNow.

This role will give you the opportunity to get involved within the Azure & AWS space due to the business expanding into the cloud environment.

Whilst working on the modules above you will have the ability to maintain your certifications and pick up extra certifications as you build out your skill-set within ServiceNow as this organisation actively promote personal development & Learning within the ServiceNow space.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will manage the daytoday functionality of the Configuration management process, ensuring that the business's operating procedures are documented.
Engaging the business to address technical solutions, including challenging, quizzing, and validating all requirements.
Creating solutions to resolve business issues.
Create and manage the Service Mapping roadmap using the ServiceNow capabilities.
Presenting to senior stakeholders and C'Suite individuals proposing new business plans for how ServiceNow will be utilised.
Maintains the Configuration Management System, including the CI data model and relationship.
Management of ServiceNow Discovery and Integration's
Working closely with Cloud Discovery and Cloud Service Mapping.
Handson technical delivery of solutions across ServiceNow, from developing through to testing and implementation.
This role is fully remote, but you would be required to travel onsite to the office occasionally due to business needs. _
