Salary:
£ (phone number removed) - £25,775.70 per hour) plus an additional £3k - £6k pa for sleep-ins. (64 per each) Leader Group are currently hiring Residential Support Workers to join a compassionate team in the Wirral area.

Ranging from 3-5-bedroom homes that support Children & Young people that have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care, guidance, and support to the residents.
Your compassion and commitment will make a significant impact on the well-being and development of those in your care.Provide direct care and support to residents in their daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Implement individual care plans and support strategies tailored to each resident's specific needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure comprehensive and person-cantered care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to resident care and progress.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines. Previous experience in children support work, preferably within a residential setting.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Must have UK driving licence. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
