- Ensure the firm complies with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of file reviews.
- Assist with appraisals across all departments.
- Manage office operations, facilities, and technology.
- Maintain smooth daily office operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee client intake and case management for timely and accurate handling.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting on budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
- Experience in administration, PA, or legal secretarial roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Confident and composed demeanor.
