Typical tasks and activities
- Taking and processing telephone orders
- Calling new & existing customers
- Order management & providing quotations
- Handling customer queries
- Liaising with couriers
- Building rapport and maintaining great working relationships
- Upselling & Crossselling products
Requirements:
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Articulate, professional, and numerate
- Experience with Sage Accounts is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a positive cando attitude
- Customer service experience essential
- Work well under pressure & able keep up in a fastpaced working environment
- Be able to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
The role of the Sales Executive is to provide a first-class customer service experience whilst maximising sales by upselling additional products.
- A good understanding of SAGE 50 plus Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and very good accuracy
- Strong phone presence and experience of sales calls
- Customer service focus
- Excellent administration skills

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
